This insect has a curious long body and we see a variation of these types among bamboo forests today in the Hukawng Valley. With further research we know from entomology and phylogeny that many of these particular amber specimens are almost without question extinct, and portions of the families that these insects come from also extinct, however this insect in particular we see similarity among living ones today in our Hukawng Valley in Kachin State and outside city areas such as Sumprabum, Myitkyina, Kamaing and Tanai and other towns.
Further research and identification is necessary, but we proudly display for sale to support our headquarters and further research such as new CT technologies.
