This specimen of Burmite amber contains two (2) ancient Cretaceous flies stuck inside the same piece of 100 million year old amber from Northern Myanmar.
This piece was specifically polished to reveal and preserve both flies so they are good enough to be scrutinized with the naked eye and also 2-dimensional traditional microscopes.
